Applications and accomodation
To take part in the Salerno Festival, the choirs must complete the online application form by March 15, 201. For any doubt or need you can write to salernofestival@feniarco.it.
At the Festival every type of choir can apply (children choirs, youth choirs, school choirs, male or female choirs, mixed choirs). Along with the singers will also welcome any companions and family members.
The application for participation will be finalized only with the payment, within the March 15, 2018 of an advance deposit equal to 50% of the participation fee in the account payable to Feniarco at Banca Prossima IBAN IT 26 T 03359 01600 100000060527 BIC-SWIFT BCITITMX. The advance payment will not be returned in any case.
Any change to the number of participants must be notified by 15/06/2018, the date by which the balance of the participation must be paid. The further changes will still result in the total payment of the contribution for the stay for all participants.
Applications received after March 15th 2018 will be accepted at the discretion of the organization, based on the availability of the seats and with a view to guaranteeing the best performance of the event.
Participation fees
For organizational reasons and to guarantee the best conditions, participation in the Festival will only be possible by choosing one of the options below, including the accomodation booking. This is a necessary condition and an integral part of the participation regulation and it will not be possible to make exceptions to this principle. For any group needs, related to the festival program, the packages can be slightly adapted without undergoing changes in their substance and in the participation fees.
For any kind of participation, the fee includes:
> attendance in the festival
> the inclusion and promotion of the choir in the festival promotional material and on the federation website
> participation in all the music activities of the festival: up to 3 concerts, Holy Mass and workshops
> the organization of concerts and accommodation
> individual accident insurance for the days of participation in the festival
> the gadgets reserved for each participant
> logistical and organizational support
HOTEL accomodation
A (four nights): € 290 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:
> participation in the festival from Wednesday 4th July to Sunday 8th July 2018
> the stay at Grand Hotel Salerno (four nights with breakfast included) *
> Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th July dinners, and Friday 6th and Saturday 7 July lunches
B (three nights): € 230 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:
> participation in the festival from Thursday 5th July to Sunday 8th July 2018
> the stay at Grand Hotel Salerno (three nights with breakfast included) *
> Thursday 5th July dinner and Friday 6th and Saturday 7th july lunches
C (two nights): € 160 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:
> participation in the festival from friday 6th July to Sunday 8th July 2018
> the stay at Grand Hotel Salerno (two nights with breakfast included) *
> lunch of saturday 7th July in hotel
HOSTEL accomodation
D (four nights): € 180 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:
> participation in the festival from wednesday 4th July to Sunday 8th July 2018
> the stay at a hostel in Salerno (four nights with breakfast included) MAX 250 places available*
The fee does not include meals but there are advantageous agreements with some restaurants
E (four nights): € 140 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:
> participation in the festival from giovedì 5 luglio a domenica 8 luglio 2018
> the stay at a hostel in Salerno (three nights with breakfast included) MAX 250 places available*

F (two nights): € 100 per person
In addition to the above, the fee includes:

The indicated costs provide accommodation in double / triple rooms for the hotel type (A, B, C) and multiple for the hostel type (C, D, E).
Single room supplement: € 30 per night per person for the hotel type (A, B, C), € 15 per night per person for the hostel type (D, E, F).
Children up to 3 years old: FREE.
Children from 3 to 10 years old: 50% discount in room with two other adults
