In order to participate to the Seminar it is necessary to fill in the application form within April 15, 2022, which also requires a curriculum vitae on which to highlight studies and musical experiences as composer, 2 compositions realised in recent times and an identity document.
At the same time of the registration we ask for the payment of the participation fee to be made by bank transfer to the account entitled to:

The fees for active composers are as follows:

► Noël Minet Scholarship
Please note that Seminar participants may apply for the Noël Minet Scholarship of the European Choral Association- Europa Cantat. This scholarship offers a reimbursement of expenses up to € 500 per participant. The deadline to apply is 31/03/2022. Information and details to access the grant on the ECA-EC website.

Country groups
People from different countries pay a different participation fee for the seminar. The countries are the usual codes for internet domains (in case of any doubt, please write to info@feniarco.it).

Membership
Indirect ECA-EC members: if you or your choir are associated with a choral organisation that is a member of European Choral Association - Europa Cantat (ECA-EC) and in good standing with payment (group 1 and group 2 countries). The list of member organisation is on www.eca-ec.org ->Members
Should there be more than 30 requests to participate as active composer, a selection will be made on the basis of curricula/compositions and the outcome will be announced by May 15, 2022 with a refund of the fee for those not admitted if they decide not to continue as listeners.
Room and board agreement
For those who wish, the organisation of the Seminar offers an agreement for room and board: dobule/triple room with private toilet at Convitto Regionale F. Chabod (see photo below) in full board (from dinner of July 17th to breakfast of July 24th) at € 40/day.
