Conductors or auditors willing to participate to the Academy can fill in the application form not later than 31st May 2023, attaching the curriculum vitae with details about education and conducting experiences, a link to a video of a recent conducting performance (in which the conductor is clearly visible) and the ID document. Scholarship Noël Minet
The participants of the European Academy for choral conductors 2023 can apply for the Noël Minet Fund Scholarship of the European Choral Association - Europa Cantat. In 2023 the Noël Minet Fund will offer scholarships up to 500€ each. Deadline for applications: 30/04/2023. You can find information and details on ECA website.

Membership
Indirect member ECA-EC: if you or your choir are associated with a choral organisation that is a member of the European Choral Association - Europa Cantat (ECA-EC) and in good standing (countries group 1 and group 2).

Should there be more than 15 applications to participate as an active conductor, a selection will be made on the basis of video/CV/age and the outcome will be announced by 20 June 2023 with a refund of the fee for those not admitted if they decide not to continue as listeners.
Accommodation and meals
Feniarco made an agreement for accommodation and meals, offering: full board in double or triple room in 3*** hotels (from dinner on Sunday 27th August to breakfast on Sunday 3rd September) at the price of 60 € per day and person.
Single room (limited availability): + 30 € per day and person.
Almost every city in Italy has introduced the “tourist tax”: the participation fee does not include this tax that must be paid directly to the hotel hosting you. If you would like to reserve your accommodation through the Academy’s organisation, you will also have to pay a deposit of 50% of the amount due. Reservations must be made at the time of registration and payment must be made 50% by 30 June 2023 and 50% by 15th August 2023.
Cancellation policy: in the event of cancellation after 30 June 2023, the deposit will not be returned; in the event of cancellation after 15 August 2023, the entire fee will not be returned.
Covid-19 Policy
In the event of cancellation of the Academy for reasons related to the Covid-19 pandemic, the participation fee will be fully refunded.
