Applications and accommodation
To take part in the Salerno Festival, the choirs must complete the online application form by February 28th, 2019. For any doubt or need you can write to salernofestival@feniarco.it.
At the Festival every type of choir can apply (children's choirs, youth choirs, school choirs, male or female choirs, mixed choirs). Along with the singers will also welcome any companions and family members.
The application for participation will be finalized only with the payment, within the February 28th, 2019 of an advance deposit equal to 50% of the participation fee in the payable account to Feniarco at Banca Prossima IBAN IT 26 T 03359 01600 100000060527 BIC-SWIFT BCITITMX. The advance payment will not be returned in any case.
Any change to the number of participants must be notified by 10/06/2019, the date by which the balance of the participation must be paid. The further changes will still result in the total payment of the contribution for the stay for all participants.
Applications received after February 28th 2019 will be accepted at the discretion of the organisation, based on the availability of the seats and with a view for guaranteeing the best performance of the event.

Participation fees
For organisational reasons and to guarantee the best conditions, participation in the Festival will only be possible by choosing one of the options below, including the accomodation booking. This is a necessary condition and an integral part of the participation regulation and it will not be possible to make exceptions to this principle. For any group needs, related to the festival program, the packages can be slightly adapted without undergoing changes in their substance and in the participation fees.
Participation fee A
The fee includes:
> attendance in the festival
> participation in all the music activities of the festival: concerts, special events, Holy Mass and workshops;
> the accommodation B&B (bed and breakfast) in hostels, resorts and 2 or 3-stars hotels in Salerno (rooms from 2 to 6 beds);
> advantageous agreements with some restaurants and bars;
> logistical and organisational support;
> individual accident insurance for the days of participation in the festival;
> the reserved gadgets for each participant;
> the inclusion and promotion of the choir in the festival material and on the federation website.
How to participate:
A4: € 180 per person (3-7 july, four nights)
A3: € 140 per person (4-7 july, three nights)
A2: € 100 per person (5-7 july, two nights)
Single room supplement: € 15 per night per person (limited availability).
Children up to 3 years old: free.
Children from 3 to 10 years old: 50% discount in room with other adults. Bus drivers: free.
The participation fee must be paid by all the singers, conductors and accompanist people.
The contribution does not include the tourist tax that must be paid directly to the hotel/hostel.
Participation fee B
The fee includes:
> attendance in the festival
> participation in all the music activities of the festival: concerts, special events, Holy Mass and workshops;
> the accommodation B&B (bed and breakfast) in 4-stars hotel in Salerno or neighboring cities (up to 30 km) depending on the registration's date (rooms from 2 to 3 beds);
> dinner on the day of arrival at the hotel or a partner restaurant;
> advantageous agreements with some restaurants and bars;
> logistical and organisational support;
> individual accident insurance for the days of participation in the festival;
> the reserved gadgets for each participant;
> the inclusion and promotion of the choir in the festival promotional material and on the federation website.
How to participate:
B4: € 260 per person (3-7 july, four nights)
B3: € 210 per person (4-7 july, three nights)
B2: € 160 per person (5-7 july, two nights)
Single room supplement: € 30 per night per person (limited availability).
Children up to 3 years old: free.
