16-18 April 2020 | primary and junior high school choirs and children's choirs (aged 6-13)
22-25 April 2020 | high school (aged 14-19) and youth choirs (aged 16-28)

The most important festival addressed to youth school choir reaches, in 2020, the eighteenth edition. The last editions of the festival have reached and exceeded the record of 3000 presences. The core of the festival is formation, sharing of experiences and knowledge of new realities. The days pass between ateliers, concerts, friendships with other choirs and participants from all over Italy and abroad, moments of relax and a lot of of fun! Renowned italian and foreign lecturers will lead the ateliers with a high quality proposal addressed to the young participants and their conductors. The repertoire is addressed towards a multiplicity of genres enriched by exciting performances and by the great involvement of the singers and the audience who will take part in the concerts. And, of course, some news!
Furthermore, Coro LAB: a special course addressed to conductors, teachers and musicians with lectures to broaden their knowledge and a study tour to closely follow the ateliers. Furthermore you will find a new training project for directors and teachers called Cantar leggendo.
Montecatini Terme has been the cradle of this event for many years. A very nice town located in a strategic position, halfway between the picturesque Lucca and the beautiful Florence and near the coast of Viareggio.
Conductors, teachers and singers are all invited at the Festival di Primavera 2020! Maestro Lorenzo Donati, the artistic coordinator of the event, and the team of Feniarco/Act wait for you in April to taste the youth singing spring!
