Feniarco was present at this important event of European culture.
The European Culture Forum is a biennial event organized by the European Commission to increase the profile of European cultural cooperation, to bring together key players from the cultural sectors and to discuss EU culture policy and initiatives. Its 2017 edition also marks the official launch of the European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018 (european year of cultural heritage), the thematic year of the EU dedicated to our cultural heritage and all its aspects.
The event, for the first time outside Brussels, took place at Superstudio in the flourishing creative neighborhood of Tortona in Milan. This extraordinary place for events, once a bicycle factory and therefore a place of publishing and art of fashion, created by a well-known Italian director, Flavio Lucchini, in the '80s, will provide a stimulating decorum for comparisons, unexpected meetings and fruitful exchanges.
Can culture help meet European and global challenges? Is cultural heritage important for European citizens? How can culture in cities and regions help to form more cohesive and inclusive societies?
This and more at the European Culture Forum 2017.
